You sure can. With the courtesy of a 30-day notice, you can cancel at anytime. We don't require any term commitments or obligations on your part and feel like we should be adding value and earning your business each and every month.
Great question. Our transaction management and financial management components are automated and more real-time with the integration between your MLS(s) and reOneSpot. Although not required, we highly recommend the MLS integration with reOneSpot as it reduces a lot of manual entry and adds a lot of value, automation and functionality in streamlining your workflow. Integrating your MLS(s) with reOneSpot does require some custom mapping between the two systems and there is a one-time fee for that, usually ranging between $500 to $1,000, per MLS.
